Why is this site focused on the Subway customer loyalty program and not the programs of other sandwich shops?
This site was started because of the drastic rewards change that Subway made to their customer loyalty program. None of the other chain sandwich shops have recently changed their customer loyalty programs. Also, every single e-mail we receive from our contact form is a comment about "The Subway Points Card."


Will writing to Subway to complain about the new program help get it changed?

What are the Subway Card points redemptions?
According to this website in January 2004, the points redemptions is:

10 points = 1 Cookie
15 points = 1 Bag of Chips
20 points = 21 oz. Drink
30 points = Deli Sandwich
60 points = Regular 6-inch Sub or Salad
90 points = Regular Footlong Sub
